By using this website or placing an order with Arguil, you agree to the following terms.

Orders and Payment

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed. You are purchasing physical hardware and installation services, not a subscription that can be terminated.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation timelines are estimates only. Arguil makes reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly but does not guarantee specific delivery or installation dates. Delays due to shipping, scheduling, supply chain issues, or circumstances outside our control do not entitle you to a refund, discount, or cancellation.

Hardware and Support

Each Node is delivered as-is and tested prior to shipment. Arguil does not provide warranties beyond the 30-day configuration support period included with your purchase. After 30 days, support is available at $250 per hour.

Arguil is not responsible for hardware failures, data loss, performance issues, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you and your team use Arguil. Arguil does not monitor, filter, or moderate the content generated by the system. You assume all liability for any outputs, decisions, actions, or consequences arising from your use of the product. Arguil is not responsible for any illegal, harmful, unethical, or regulated activity conducted using the hardware or software.

By purchasing, you represent that your intended use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arguil's total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Node(s) in question. Arguil is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arguil, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the product, including legal fees.

Modifications

Arguil reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, and you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Privacy Policy

What We Collect

We may collect information you provide to us, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and any other information you submit through forms on this website. Payment is processed by Stripe - your card details never touch our servers.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, access, or monitor anything that happens on your Arguil Node after installation. We have no visibility into your prompts, outputs, documents, or usage.

We may use your information for any business purpose, including fulfilling orders, providing support, and sending you communications about Arguil. By providing your information, you consent to receiving such communications.

Third Party Services

We use third party services to operate this business, including payment processors, email providers, and analytics tools. Your information may be shared with these services as necessary.
